Please take the time to read my Terms of Service as well as the FAQ. By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you read, understood, and agreed to all terms.

TOS

1. Do your research to best voice what you want to commission! I cannot deliver what you want if you don't know what you want!

2. The revision stage allows us to talk about changing minor details/colors.

3. A completely new draft would equate to an additional graphic purchase, at this point no longer being classified as a "revision".

4. I have permission to use the commission/freelance work for any self-promotional and portfolio purposes.

5. All commissioned work is intended for use on Twitch, YouTube, and Discord only. Please do not upload commissioned work to third-party remote sites, as this would result in others having access to the work. In the case of freelance work, any agreements made should be followed accordingly and are binding.

6. Please do not re-create, copy, or allow others to use my work.

7. Please credit me when you use this commission/freelance work on social media posts @squishyfriedtofu on Instagram & Twitch (ex. panel descriptions or chat commands), and @squishyftofu on Twitter. Please credit what is applicable.

Payment

  • All prices are in USD and are non-negotiable.​

  • Payments are preferably done through Zelle, but Venmo and Paypal are applicable as well. Wire transfers can be arranged.

  • Half of the payment is required upfront when commissioned. The remaining balance should be paid when the final files are scheduled to be delivered. Files will not be sent unless the final payments are cleared.

  • Once your payment has gone through (not when you contact me), you are locked in a queue and a production time will be given to you. If you have not sent the first half of the payment or it has not gone through, your turnaround times may change.

Order Process

1. Message me through the contact feature on this site or direct message me on Discord (squishyfriedtofu), and let's get started!

2. We'll go more in-depth on your ideas through the briefing. (ex. characters, color schemes, themes)

4. Upon completion of the commission, I will email you the final product(s) as .png/.pdf file(s) after the final payment is received.

Turnaround time will vary and you will be given an estimate after you've placed your order. Once the first half of your payment is received, I'll sketch out the designs based on our briefing period and I'll provide those images when I'm finished. At this point, most of the revisions are free to be made. After the work has been approved, I'll go ahead and work on the final product. For this reason, I am open to small revisions. Once all your graphics are completed, the rest of your payment will be due and I'll be able to email your final files. 

Revisions

  • Revisions are free to make during the sketching process. As mentioned in the 'Order Process' I will sketch out the pieces based on the briefs and provide images of those sketches once completed. Part of the process includes providing accurate and honest feedback. I want to make sure I make something you'll love, so critiquing at this stage will help immensely.

               Because of this revision process, revisions will be very limited after the sketch has been approved seeing as I will continue towards                   making the final products. At this point, you will only be able to make small revisions such as small color changes or minimal line art                 changes.

  • If you change your mind about an emote completely after it has been fully processed through the drafting stage and into the final production stage, you are subject to pay an additional fee for what you want to be done

    • (ex. an additional $20 for badges, $26 for emotes).

Rush Orders

  • Rush orders may be possible, but please contact me first so I can check availability.

  • This is an extra 50% charge of the total commission price. This type of order must be paid in full upfront.
           One rushed emote will be $26 + $13 = $39
            3 emotes for $70 package will be $70 + $35 = $105

Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you want to cancel an order already in progress, I will return 50% of the total commission price. This means that if you only paid the first half, you will not get a refund. If you paid in full, the 50% will be refunded.

  • As the person providing this service, I have the right to deny any commissions for any reason. Commissions that I want to cancel will be refunded in full.

  • This is pretty straightforward, but if you're impolite, I have no obligation to accept any requests.
